SSC Boost sells digital educational resources such as PDF notes, eBooks and study materials. Please read this policy before completing your purchase.
Digital products
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after successful payment, refunds are generally not available once the files, download link or access information has been issued.
When a refund may be considered
We may review requests for duplicate payments, a technical delivery failure that we cannot resolve, or an error caused by our system. A request does not guarantee a refund; we review each case based on the order and delivery records.
How to request help
Contact us with your order number, the email used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. Please do not share purchased files or download links with others.
Cancellation
For cancellation information, please read our Cancellation Policy. Digital orders normally cannot be cancelled after access has been issued.
