2. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at:

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy below.

3. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept return and refund requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective book.

  • You received an incorrect book (different from what you ordered).

  • Your order was not delivered within the expected timeframe.

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The book has been used, written in, or damaged by the customer.

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless damaged or incorrect).

4. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund or return request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the item, and process your refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or damaged book, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. Please mention your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
