Cancellation Policy

SSC Boost sells digital educational resources such as PDF notes, eBooks, and study materials.
Digital orders
Because access to a digital product is provided immediately after successful payment, an order cannot normally be cancelled once the download or access information has been issued.
Before access is issued
If you placed an order in error and access has not yet been issued, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will review the request before processing the order.
Duplicate payment or technical issue
If you believe you were charged twice or cannot access the purchased digital files because of a technical issue, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and provide appropriate assistance under our Refund Policy.
